I had contact with the recruiter and based on my CV, motivation letter and grades I was selected for an interview session.

The interview lasted 3 hours. You will speak with 4 people (2 associates, 1 VP, 1 MD) of which 2 of them (2 associates) will do a financial and strategic case. The other 2 people will talk more about your CV and will ask fit questions like "Why Investment Banking?, Why Kempen and no bigger Bank? Why should we hire you? What can you add to the team?"

**Strategic question:** How many households (percentage) can you supply of energy by installing solar panels on the entire railway (on the rail tracks) network in the Netherlands? (You need to assume the amount of energy a solar panel can generate (kWh), how many households there in The Netherlands, how many kilometers of track and how much kWh household consumes).

**Financial question:** Can you make profit with an Airbnb in the first year? (You get some basic input like: how many rooms and bed. The rest is up to you.)
