Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round consists of 3 back-to-back 45-minute interviews. The first one is purely motivational such as why Kempen & co, why Amsterdam, why Ib, etc. The second interview consists of a market-sizing case where I had to estimate the total number of Netflix-subscription in Belgium. The third interview was more technical with the main question being to estimate Amazon's FCF from scratch. The second round consisted of an interview with a VP and was both motivational and technical, questions such as pitch me a stock, etc.
