Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial call from recruiter when I could schedule first round. Had the first round the next week with an associate. Mostly behavioral but 1/4 to 1/3 was markets/finance knowledge (not technical, just gauging interest/aptitude in recent trends). Heard back from the recruiter 6 days later and was asked to schedule superday. Only had 3 days to prep but superday wasn't bad at all. Four separate 30 minute interviews (MD and Director, Associate, VP, Associate). 75% behavioral, 25% technical. Really wanted to know why Key, why this group. Several questions about work ethic and "tell me about a time... ." Technicals were accounting and valuation heavy, wanted to see real world effects/application as well. Overall, one of the most positive interviewing experiences I have ever had.
