1 on 1 Interview
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process was rather swift, first met in person with Director of energy group. Interview was 100% fit, no technical questions whatsoever. Was then flown to Cleveland for a series of interviews with other VP/Director level staff across the energy platform. Questions again were largely fit based, with a few softball technical questions included.
