Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial communication with the company started on campus with information sessions, and then they screened for potential interviews at our career fair. The interview was held about a week afterward, and consisted of knowing everything about a selected company, and why you are a buy or a sell on the company, as well as some technical and fit questions.
