Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a phone screener with a recruiter, then had a 1st round with a VP of software ER (purely behavioral and resume), then a superday with the same VP, and 2 analysts. Superday and 1st round were about a month apart. Superday consisted of behaviorals, why Key, why ER, 2 industry trends, how I would value a company in an industry I am not interested in (I chose the industry).
