Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Reached out to analyst about job posting. Had initial phone call with same analyst. Had first round phone interview a couple weeks later with an MD. Had a super day a week later. Met with 3 bankers ranging from analyst to MD. Almost entirely fit questions. Every one was very nice, seemed like a firm with a good culture.
