Investment Banking intern

I was initially initiated into the company's recruiting process through a student organization that I am involved with on campus. Got the interview through on campus recruiting/networking through alumni. Two brief interviews divided between technical/behavioral, neither were extraordinarily difficult. Heard back the same day, placed into the Real Estate group after hearing back. Culture and work flow was good, program was pretty consistently in disarray due to changes in the programs manager and what not. Overall a good experience.
