Investment Banking Summer Analyst

First round interview was in-person 2 on 1 interview and very chill. Just asked fit questions and genuinely seemed to want to get to know you as a person. About two weeks after got invited to the super day. The night before they took all of the interviewees out to dinner, and we got a chance to chat with the analysts. The interviews the next day consisted of three 1 on 1 interviews. My first interview was a "critical thinking" interview, which just meant that the interviewer asked a bunch of brain teasers. These were pretty typical and straightforward. My second one was a "case style" interview. HR had sent an email the week before telling us what company we would be researching (everyone got the same company). I had done a bit of research ahead of time and put the info I found in a powerpoint, which I printed out and brought to the interview. My interviewer asked me questions I didn't know the answer to, and so I told her I did not know. I thought this interview went the worst, but talking to some of the other interviewers after, it seemed like this was the most difficult part for everyone. The last interview was a behavioral one and pretty straightforward. Overall, really liked the people I interviewed with, and they all really seemed to enjoy their work and KeyBanc in general.
