Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Attended info session for specific industry group I was interested in, then signed up for limited coffee chat slots afterwards. Spoke with assigned analyst and then cold emailed the senior professionals who attended the presentation. Was lucky enough to get a director and VP to talk. Director liked me enough to pass my resume along to HR, which accelerated me to a superday (still had to apply online).
