Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I initially reached out to an alumni from my university who had been working at the firm for 7 years. We met at an on campus recruiting event and I followed up with him later in the week. We spoke on the phone and he passed my resume along to HR. HR then contacted me for a screening call and about a month later followed up with an offer to go to the super day. It was a two day process. The first night was an informational overview of the bank and the internship program followed by a dinner with a few junior analysts. The second day consisted of three interviews: a behavioral with HR, a case study with an upper level banker, and a technical with an associate. All three were extremely easy and they seemed impressed that I came prepared. I received an offer three days after interviewing.
