1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I filled out an application online, and then they invited me to a final, on campus interview. They asked me to do an analysis of Myers Industries and be ready to talk about it in the interview. There were two one on one interviews, one was more fit and the other more technical. I didn't think I did great as they opened up over 20 minutes for me to ask questions and I was underprepared in that aspect. One interviewer was VP of healthcare and he asked some tough ones.
