Summer Investment Banking Analyst

I met with a member of the bank 1-on-1 for a coffee chat/informational interview about potential future opportunities at the branch in their Real Estate division. A few weeks later I received a call from HR and was asked to come in for a Superday. The interview consisted of me meeting with the team of associates that worked for the guy I met with - they were all normal, cool guys who seemed competent in their field. I first sat down with the senior associate 1-on-1 and then sat down with the two junior associates/analysts afterwards.
