Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The process was very easy and low stakes. It started off with a phone call and the recruiter was incredibly nice. Then it moved on to an actual interview with one of the regional managers. I applied through LinkedIn and got feedback relatively quickly.
Interview Questions
The questions were fairly easy and normal behavioral questions. The hardest part was giving a sales pitch. This specific scenario was that I was a vacation salesman and had to sell the interviewer on a trip. I had to make this up on the fly and answer questions. It was more of an assessment to judge confidence and quick-thinking rather than the actual vacation knowledge.

Interview
Mostly behavioral with some technical questions. Questions like how would you evaluate the creditworthiness of a loan? Know the different leverage and coverage ratios. Know what is a good leverage ratio especially as KeyBank is a conservative bank
Interview Questions
Only difficult question about evaluating the creditworthiness of a loan. The rest was just behavioral. Also, know the 10 year treasury yield. This is not an investment banking interview. You will not be asked to walk me through the financial statements. You will not be asked about LBOs. Just focus on understanding different types of debt such as term loans and revolving lines of credit. Know what covenants are. focus on understanding debt, not on prepping for an investment banking interview. Just keep in mind this a conservative bank.
