Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred by a classmate. The recruiter contacted me a few days later and set up a time to "talk", but it basically felt like a screening interview. Asked me a few general behavioral questions and a very basic technical question. Shortly after, I was invited to interview in Cleveland and am currently awaiting results of that interview.
