Interview Questions
the modeling test was just difficult. a debt waterfall basically but had complex components of the acquisition company being public. on the phon interview there was a question that was easy. It was: how can you improve IRR of a real asset. I simply answered by investing in improvements to the asset. it was right and then we moved on to coordinate when to schedule the modeling test. overall I would say it was a process for an experienced real estate investment banking analyst and I was looking for an intro level role.
