Kline Hill Partners is a Greenwich, Connecticut-based private equity secondaries firm founded in 2015 by Managing Partner Michael Bego, registered with the SEC as Kline Hill Partners LP. The firm specialises in the small-balance end of the secondaries market, a segment it considers underserved by larger competitors. It provides liquidity through LP-led purchases of fund interests, typically in deal sizes below roughly $20m, and through GP-led transactions such as continuation funds, typically below roughly $250m, alongside secondary direct investments spanning private equity, venture capital and growth equity. As of its April 2025 announcement of a strategic minority investment from TA Associates, Kline Hill managed more than $5.4bn across five fund series and had completed over 625 transactions covering roughly 3,000 fund interests since inception, including more than 160 deals closed or signed in 2024 alone. The firm expanded into Zurich in 2021 and opened a London office in late 2025, and hires analysts onto its LP-Led Secondaries deal team.
