Submitted online application where then I was given a hirevue. After was a 1-1 interview with associate. (Some of the other people had another 2 1-1 interviews). Lastly, half of the candidates were flown to Wichita for superday. Superday was four 45 minute interviews with people at MD level. After interviews we ate lunch with the junior members on the team! Definitely one of the easiest interviews behaviorally, due to everyone being super easy to talk to. Seemed like they genuinely were interested in candidates and felt more like a conversation then a test.
