1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
KED came to my school for an info session. After chatting with them there, I filled out an application online. After a few weeks I got an email about a phone interview. I had two phone interviews and then an in-person super day. The super day consisted of 4 or 5 interviews for 45 mins each. The next day I got a call with an offer. Questions were pretty basic. Only one technical question. The rest were them just trying to understand how I think about investments/asking me to pitch a stock.
