Summer Analyst

The first two interviews occurred over Zoom. First interview was with an associate and second was with a VP. Both interviews were mostly behavioral with a few technical questions mainly just making sure you were competent in basic accounting/finance principles. Following the first two interviews they flew a group of candidates out to Wichita for a superday. Superday consisted of 5 1on1 interviews with different MDs. The interview varied based on which MD you were in front of. One MD really tried to dig deep on my knowledge of the stock market, asking questions pertaining to which companies I follow most, how I follow them, and why. Other technicals mainly consisted of your basic "walk me through the financial statements after XYZ happens" type questions.
