Contacted via a recruiter and then applied online. Was contacted by hr several days later to set up time with the hiring manager.
Interview Questions
Lot of fit based questions from Human Resources, particularly around living in Wichita and my knowledge of Koch Industries and the infamous Koch brothers. HR seemed very removed from the hiring team. Once passing that round I met with the hiring manager. Once again fit based questions, knowledge of MBM philosophy and principles and to go over my transaction experience. Questions about the industries and pitching a potential LBO/investment on the spot. Walk me through a DCF, capex on the financial statements, explain the difference in Equity vs Enterprise value.

Group Interview
Interview
After submitting your information on the career site, I received a phone call setting up a phone interview. The phone interview was behavioral questions and after that was complete an on site group interview was scheduled for a week later. The group interview was with three individuals. One will be your group supervisor and the project manager for the position you are applying for. Questions were consistent with behavioral situations and a few conceptual based inquires. Hiring process takes a while as a outside company does a background check. On boarding was a single day process.
Interview Questions
How many blue M&M's should be in a bag of M&M's?
If you could work for your dream employer what would that company's values look like?
Describe a time that you were forced to lead?
What are previous group projects you have worked on?
How did those projects turn out?
Were there any conflicts during those projects? If so how were they handled?
