Applied in early September. In late September, had phone interview with a manager of one of Koch's companies (not Koch S&T). Couple days later, got an email asking for onsite interview. Onsite interview took place in early October. The interview consisted of four back-to-back interviews lasting approximately 30-45 minutes each. Each interview was 1 on 1. Managers within KST conducted the interviews. Lots of behavioral questions. Received offer in late October. Drug Test/Background check in early November.
