Interview Questions
Why do you want to work here? Tell me about a time you faced adversity. Mostly just your standard interview behavioral questions. Talk through resume experiences, why you were involved in certain groups, how you decided to be accounting major. Also be sure to be up to date on Kroger and industry news, this will set you apart. Most on campus interviewees don’t do lots of research, they cast a wide net and do lots of interviews but don’t know the company. This is probably the most important thing. Also asked why audit and not another department?
