Interview
Initial phone call with HR followed my multiple phone calls with MD. Then multiple group and individual interviews over Zoom. Then brought in person for interview + lunch i.e. Litmus test. Then two more Zoom interviews. I don't believe this to be representative of the overall hiring process, more so specific to that team / MD.

Background Check
Interview
1) Received an email from a recruiter that they want to meet with me and asked me for times to schedule meetings. 2) Scheduled zoom calls with team members and Team Manager. Some days after I received an email that they want to keep interviewing and the next day 3) I was scheduled to meet with the Senior Director and Head of the department. A day after I received the good news, the only thing now is to get a background check that can take up to 7 days to be officially employed. Everyone was very nice and pleasurable conversations.

2 things I noticed that were different than any of my other interviews:
1) No pre-screening with HR, straight into meeting everyone, because of this you do not get to know about salary/start date/benefits until you get the offer
2) Process took about 3-4 days in total
