La Honda Advisors is a Silicon Valley-based investment bank founded in 2012 by former bulge bracket MDs. The firm provides M&A and capital raising services to technology and other growth companies.  

In 2021, the firm entered into an affiliation agreement with FLG Partners, a financial advisory and consulting firm, to pursue joint business opportunities, and receive fees for the solicitation of capital investments and/or manage financings for the purposes of fundraising and mergers and acquisitions.
