Applied online through OCR at my school, was accepted for a first-round interview. Had the on-campus interview with one mid-level banker, was approximately half technical, half behavioral. Was the only person from my school (target) to be moved to the superday - the following day. Superday was very small, only one other candidate there during the same time (though they ran one earlier in the day also). Consisted of five, 30 minute interviews with associates through MDs, all besides one were nearly entirely technical. The technicals were challenging, often beyond the scope of the WSO guide. Many involved more complex accounting questions (DTAs, NOLs) also, theoretical finance questions, (WACC related). Also, some on-paper questions.
