Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got a referral from another employee to get an interview in their NY offices. Got called for an in person interview. First round was with an associate. Simple questions on my background and why Lazard. Had another interview with another associate that got deeper into technicals. Pitch me a stock. Had me do math problems.
Got to the second interview and got stopped here because I didn't fit in too well with the VP. He seemed uninterested the moment he walked in. Standard technical questions during the second round. Walk me through a DCF. Why enterprise value over equity value.
