Autumn Intern

Sent CV and cover letter to HR, then was invited to the SHL online numerical test.
After passing it I received an email to come to the office and interview with 4 bankers (1x vp, 1x associate, 2x analysts).
Questions I was asked
1x Brain teaser, types of taxes (VAT, corporate tax, types of company (limited partnerships etc...), pretty in-depth discussion about multiples, DCF, adjustemnts to be made (pensions, leases), LBO, general run-through how to link the 3 statements to get an operating model, accretion/dilution questions and max. premium calculation.
Had great rapport with all of my interviewees, all very professional but also down to earth and likable - did get the impression that they worked hard but can't say for sure.
