Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got the first round interview through a resume drop on my campus recruiting portal. About a week after I initially dropped, HR reached out to me regarding scheduling a first round phone interview. I did well in the first round and someone else reached out to schedule a second round phone interview. I had my second phone interview about a week later. I flew out to SF the next day for interviews with another firm, but was actually taken in for a final round superday. I got into the office after my other superday and had interviews with 4-5 people.

First phone interview was fairly technical, but nothing crazy...standard Biotech DCF and recent healthcare deal questions. Second phone interview was much more fit based, other than asking about biotech DCF again. Superday was mostly fit for 3/5 interviews. Another one was a written test (paper DCF, accounting, attention to detail). The last was a 2 on 1 with 2 analysts, who seemed out to get me. Grilled on every line of my resume and was asked to talk about 2 separate deals, which caught me off guard. I didn't think I did well in that interview, but I guess they liked me enough.
