IB Financial Advisory Intern (UK)

Process involved filling out the application form (with CV and extra questions), followed by a verbal test and then a numerical reasoning test. After passing the tests, there was a phone interview with someone from HR - the interview lasted around 10-15 mins and was competency-based. Then invited to the Lazard office to retake numerical test, complete written case study and have a face-to-face interview with another graduate recruitment officer. Next assessment center will consist of a group discussion (on financial case study) and an individual presentation. Final stage is an invite to their offices to sit 3 or 4 back-to-back interviews with senior bankers (be prepared for technical questions and insights into the markets)
