1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through university career website. First round interview was conducted on campus; was notified later that day that I had been selected for their superday in NY that upcoming weekend. Superday consisted of five 30-minute interviews with members of the firm ranging from Analysts to VPs. Was notified that same day that I had been extended an offer.
