Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was given one interview by an analyst and a VP. They asked two technical questions and the rest of the time, it was simply fit questions.
I applied for the position via OCR on Wharton's system and then signed up for the interview.
After the initial interview, I was told within the same day that they wanted me to go for a super day in NY. I then went to LAZ's offices in 30 Rock and went thorugh 6 different interviews with Associates through MDs. I was then notified that they would be giving me an offer.
