Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had a first round interview at my university after which they decided on 3 candidates to fly up to NYC for a superday. The first round interview questions are 100% dependent on who is giving the interview. Received a brain teaser in the first round which was one-on-one. The superday included 4-5 interviews and were all one-on-one. There was a technical, a couple balanced (fit and technical) and a couple fit and general interest in banking and a finance career. The 100% technical interview was extremely tough, but it was meant to be and it is important to maintain composure and speak to what you know as the interviewer will help you along the way. Be able to answer your traditional behavioral questions in all the interview and most importantly know why the firm and why banking.
