Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Process took very long, first phone interview was in the late fall. Received notice that I would have another phone interview with two more analysts in December. Was not contacted for about a month when I received an email from HR saying that I was selected to move. Still did not hear from anyone for another two or three weeks when I had to reach out to them to ask when I should expect to be contacted again. Superday took place in Mid February, where I met with about 10 of the bankers. Was told two weeks later that they decided to give their offers to people with more experience.
