Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A 2 on 1 interview for first round, followed by a superday (which I was not invited to). VERY STRANGE INTERVIEW. One of the MDs spent the entire 30 minutes pacing around the room, asking absurdly hard technical questions (relatively speaking, since I have not much financial knowledge). The other MD kept leaving the room and coming back to make calls. All in all, a very weird aura from them...
