Lazard Spring Insight Programme

The process took 3 weeks, starting with a video interview which tested basic competencies but you had little time to prepare for it so you have to think on your feet a bit. Upon successfully clearing that stage you are invited to a F2F interview at the Lazard London offices (which is in Mayfair and is crazy good looking btw). The F2F interview varies quite a bit, I got tested quite a lot of commercial awareness and competencies and some abstract questions such as "if money wasn't an incentive what would you do". The interviewers (one HR and one Banker) follow up on each answer and each question leads to another. Was a really good experience and the Lazard Spring week is one that I am most looking forward to.
