Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There are in total four rounds of interviews. The HR person called to check up my basic info, and I was given an online aptitude test. Afterwards I did a modelling test in their office. Then I got two rounds of interviews: the first round I interviewed with two analysts and the second round interviewed with an associate.
