Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, no prior numerical tests or anything like that. The actual interview process took around 4 hours with five 1-on-1 interviews. First one with "HR", two associates and 2 analysts. Overall, questions were mostly technical, also some questions about the history of Lazard (CEO, how many employees worldwide, etc.).
A lot of questions about valuation multiples. And one case study, which was in my view really difficult because of the limited time (20 minutes, for an approcx. 300 pages folder and around 15-20 questions.)
