Spring Intern

I applied through the Lazard website in November and was invited to an online interview in early December. Questions there were classic behavioural, such as why you, why Lazard, etc. A few weeks later I completed the in-person interview in their London office. The questions continued to be behavioural, but went into more detail. For example, tell me a time when you showed teamwork skills, or, which has been your biggest disappointment? I was interviewed by one investment banker and one HR person, great conversation. It lasted around 45 minutes. I received an offer a few days later.
