Summer Analyst

Having successfully completed the three day spring week in London, I sat a written exam (processing different formats of information, summarising) and a group exercise. I was then invited to the fast tracked interview process for the summer analyst programme. I completed an online maths test, and was then invited back for three further interviews with MDs and members of the Hr team, who doubled up for three back to back sessions. I received no technical questions, the priority really seemed to be assessing candidates for fit within the company. The next day I received a call saying that my application had been successful.
