What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First rounds were on camps with an associate. Had the typical pitch and pushed a little more on why Lazard before jumping straight into technicals. Honestly seemed like a technical screen for 25 minutes where we started high level (What are the valuation techniques) and drilled down from there. Honestly more concept/understanding based than "walk me through.../what happens if..." type of questions.
Got a call back for a super 2 days later. Super day was 3 one-on-one interviews, one more technical and the other 2 fit/conversation based. Received an offer almost directly following the interviews
