Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, on-campus interview that consisted of mostly behavioral-type question. It was 2 on 1, guys were both associates and nice/easy to get along with. Next round was an in-office super day. Interviewed along with four other candidates for the analyst internship. The day consisted of about six 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 interviews with MDs, Directors, Associates and Analysts and a writing assessment - something basic like what makes a good leader. Overall it was a good experience, and most guys made an effort to make interviewees relaxed and comfortable. It was mostly behavioral questions, like why investment banking, why M&A, why Lazard.
