Summer associate

First year MBA.

Networked with several current employees at the start of the school year - met about 8 people. Applied online through their website since they weren't recruiting on campus this year. Got invited for superday at their office in late November which consisted of 6 rounds of 1-on-1 that lasted 30 minutes each. Interviewed with the head recruiter, 2 MDs, 2 Directors, and an Associate/Analyst team. Aside from "Why IB", "Why LAZ", and "Walk me through your resume," all questions were behavioral. Only technical questions were "Do you feel comfortable with the technical aspect of this job?"

Asked about undergrad GPA and GMAT score.
