Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first had an interview for the NY office, no offer. Got an e-mail the next week from HR in the Chicago office wanting to schedule an interview. The interview was about 30 minutes, mixture of behavioral and techical questions. Asked me to walk him through a DCF and talk about passions, skills, why i banking...etc. pretty standard
