Interview
The interview was pretty short and casual - lasted only for 20 ~ 30 minutes and the interviewer was an associate.
Asked why VC, the typical walk me through your resume, some of the startups that I liked and interesting deals that took place recently. The analyst was nice, but the interview got pushed back multiple times.
Interview Questions
It was a short interview, so I didn't get asked much questions. One of the questions I got asked was what differentiates a good startup and a poor startup. Be ready to provide examples of specific deals and startups that failed or succeeded.

You should be prepared to show you know a lot about the startup environment and the role of VC. You should also be ready to give a thorough walk through of a VC transaction and two to three startup companies.

If you have previous startup/VC experience, you really should be able to show you know a lot about the industry.
