Legacy PTLA was founded in 2013 to leverage the 40-year history, heritage and staffing expertise of PTLA Corporation. PTLA Corporation is in the process of winding down its business operation over the next five years as its existing portfolio of properties are individually sold or refinanced. Legacy PTLA is a new entity serving PTLA’s client base with new business opportunities for acquisition and management services.
