Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Alumni from my school (non-target) referred me in the system. Several weeks later, I was told that I had a first round interview. The first round consisted of two 1on1 interviews over the phone. Both interviews consisted of a case for ~25 minutes with 5 minutes of time for me to ask questions. Later that day, I got an email about a second round interview. For the second round, I had 4 1on1 interviews. They flew me to the office for this interview. All 4 interviews were case based, but some of them were designed to be shorter than others. On the same day, I got a call saying that I received an offer. Really positive experience, but I wanted to work in a different city. People at the office were really nice and I would have taken the offer if I wanted to be in Chicago.
