Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Cold applied online for a lateral associate LEK interview. They sent an automated email a couple weeks later for a first round case interview. It was two interviews, one life sciences case and one ad agency one with some behaviors sprinkled in. Made a couple of errors, but still got told I was passed to the next round the next day
