Started with a phone interview, then an on site interview, then an assessment centre. The people who were interviewing me were directors and associates.
Interview questions consisted of behavioral and competency questions. The case study was about a pharma company and restructuring it. Quite technical but it was manageable. You should prepare well before you go for the interview especially for case studies. Be sure to memorize some common interview questions especially for competency and behavioral.
