Usual style of cover letter and cv to send. I was then invited to attend a super day on campus at a nearby hotel. We had a presentation from a number of staff there based on their experience working at LEK. It came across as a very hard working company, long hours etc. There was then a very tough maths test, this was much harder than the usual online or on paper tests. After this there was then a couple of sets of face to face interviews with the usual case studies. There was a couple more sets of interviews in the next round at their London offices
